Current Zebra PolyPro 4000T cases contain matte white synthetic polypropylene labels with permanent acrylic adhesive. Zebra describes water, tear, scratch and smear resistance. Choose the exact size and perforation format by SKU; print with a compatible thermal transfer ribbon.

Synthetic Label Durability
Matte polypropylene for identification
Zebra recommends this material for industrial product, packaging and pallet-wrap labels, including many plastic substrates. The sheet describes water and tear resistance. Its adhesive meets FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact only when a functional barrier separates the label.
Media and Print Compatibility
Industrial rolls and selected ribbon
The selected printer must support the chosen width, 3 in core and 8 in outside diameter. Zebra lists 3200, 4800 and 5095 ribbons; finished-image resistance depends on the ribbon and exposure. The 5 x 8 in option is perforated; the other current sizes are nonperforated. Test finished labels in the intended setting.
