Zebra PolyPro 4000D Direct Thermal
Matte polypropylene labels for direct thermal mobile printing
Zebra PolyPro 4000D combines a moisture- and tear-resistant white polypropylene facestock with an all-temperature permanent acrylic adhesive. The two current mobile rolls are 2 in wide and use black-mark sensing. Choose the 1 or 1.25 in label height and matching labels-per-roll count for the selected application.

Moisture-Resistant Stock
Polypropylene for indoor labels
The matte white facestock resists moisture and tearing. Zebra identifies cold-storage, package and indirect food labeling as applications. The adhesive meets FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.
All-Temperature Adhesive
Apply to cold surfaces
The permanent acrylic adhesive can be applied to a surface at -40°F (-40°C) or warmer. Following correct application and appropriate dwell, usually 24 hours, Zebra specifies a -65°F to 131°F (-54°C to 55°C) service range. Expected indoor application life is up to one year under stated conditions.
