PolyPro 4000D and 8000D Jewelry Labels
PolyPro 4000D combines a matte white polypropylene face with an all-temperature permanent acrylic adhesive for moisture-resistant, tear-resistant labeling in cold storage, packaging and indirect food-contact applications. Zebra 8000D Jewelry uses a coated white polypropylene construction with a permanent acrylic adhesive, good smear and scratch resistance, and a UV-resistant coating for jewelry and ring labeling.
Both materials print by direct thermal technology without a ribbon. Choose the exact listed option for the required material, flap style and carton or single-roll quantity.

PolyPro 4000D Performance
Moisture, tears and cold environments
The polypropylene face resists moisture and tearing, while the all-temperature adhesive supports application to cold surfaces. Zebra identifies cold-storage, package and indirect food labeling as suitable uses; the adhesive meets FDA 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.
8000D Jewelry Performance
Jewelry-focused durability
The coated polypropylene face provides good smear and scratch resistance. A UV-resistant coating helps protect labels under strong retail lighting, while the specialized jewelry format wraps around rings, jewelry and small cable wire.
