Honeywell PC41E/PC42E Desktop Printers

Compact desktop label printers for shipping, receiving, retail, logistics, and light manufacturing.

Brand update: The PC41E and PC42E are now Brady products, formerly sold as the Honeywell PC41E and PC42E.

Honeywell PC41E and PC42E printers bring the Printer Edge platform to compact, affordable desktop printing. Choose direct thermal PC41E-D or PC42E-D models for receipts and short-life labels, or a PC42E-T thermal-transfer model when longer-lasting labels are required.

Available configurations support 203 or 300 dpi printing, wired and wireless connectivity, and selected cutter or peel-and-present options. The family is designed for straightforward deployment, dependable daily output, and centralized printer management.

Direct-thermal media is required for PC41E-D and PC42E-D. PC42E-T configurations also require thermal-transfer ribbon. Interface cables and optional media-handling modules are ordered separately.
