Zebra Medical Wristbands
Printable Zebra medical wristbands for patient identification, with size and closure choices for different care settings.
Choose Z-Band Direct for adhesive-closure adult, pediatric and infant bands; Direct Lite for a lighter adult band; Fusion for self-laminating baby, pediatric and adult bands; or the QuickClip kit for clip closure. The listed options are direct thermal and sized for compatible Zebra desktop printers.
Check the exact option for band size, roll count and closure before ordering. Fusion band lengths differ from the 3-inch sheet width; QuickClip includes clips while the adhesive-closure families do not.

Direct and Direct Lite
Direct uses a permanent adhesive tab and offers adult colors plus white pediatric and infant sizes. Direct Lite is a separate, lightweight white adult option with a tamper-evident adhesive closure.
Fusion and QuickClip
Fusion self-laminates the printed area and includes an extender; Zebra lists scanability up to 60 days. QuickClip uses included white clips instead of the adhesive closure found on the other listed families.
