Zebra industrial direct thermal label rolls
Choose Zebra Z-Perform 1000D uncoated paper for general indoor labeling or Z-Perform 2000D topcoated paper for cold-temperature application and improved moisture resistance. Both print directly without a ribbon. Select the material, label size and roll quantity that match your printer and job.

Z-Perform 1000D
Uncoated white direct thermal paper with permanent acrylic adhesive for indoor shipping, receiving, product identification and retail labels. Zebra lists a 38°F (3°C) minimum application temperature for this material. Protect printed labels from moisture, abrasion, prolonged sunlight and high heat.
Z-Perform 2000D
Smooth topcoated white direct thermal paper with all-temperature permanent acrylic adhesive. Zebra lists a -40°F (-40°C) minimum application temperature after suitable surface preparation. The topcoat improves print quality and resistance to moisture and oils; test the label in its intended application.
Check the printer and label job
Confirm direct thermal capability, a 3 in. core, the selected roll width and an 8 in. outside diameter before ordering. Label performance depends on the surface, application temperature, dwell time and exposure conditions.
Choose by size and pack
The product filters distinguish material, label width, label height and rolls per sale unit. Option names give the labels per roll. The single-roll option is sold separately from its case counterpart.
