Compact, on-demand color labels without a complicated setup

The ColorWorks CW-C4000 brings high-resolution color label printing to retail, food service, healthcare and other low- to mid-volume workflows. It prints crisp barcodes, fine text and full-color graphics on media up to 4.25 inches wide.

Choose the Gloss Black model for the broadest media compatibility or the Matte Black model for darker black text and graphics on matte stock. Ethernet and USB are built in, optional Wi-Fi is available, and support for ESC/Label, ZPL II, Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile platforms helps the printer fit into an existing labeling workflow.

Choose your ink configuration

C31CK03A9991 — Gloss BlackBest for the widest range of gloss, matte, synthetic, film, textured and uncoated media.
C31CK03A9981 — Matte BlackBest for darker, sharper black text and graphics on matte label stock.

Both configurations include the CW-C4000 printer, AC adapter and power cable, USB cable, a full set of four ink cartridges, maintenance box, roll paper and setup documentation. Black ink type is fixed by printer configuration and is not interchangeable.
