8000T Jewelry Labels
Zebra 8000T Jewelry combines a white coated matte polypropylene face with a permanent acrylic adhesive. The material offers good smear and scratch resistance for jewelry tags, ring labels and small cable wire labeling.
Use a compatible thermal-transfer ribbon. Zebra lists 6100 and 3200 ribbons for this material, including its published chemical-resistance results. The butterfly label format is available with or without flaps.

The polypropylene construction provides good smear and scratch resistance. Zebra identifies this material for use with jewelry steamers and cleaners; test the label and ribbon combination in the intended cleaning process.
Chemical Resistance
Resistance depends on the exposure
With Zebra 6100 or 3200 ribbons, the material is recommended for the listed weak and moderate exposures, including water, window cleaner, alcohol and IPA. Test gasoline, grease and oil in the application. Acetone, IR reflow, MEK, TCE and xylene are not recommended.
